For too long, finding a trusted business in our community meant asking around — group chats, family WhatsApps, Facebook posts. The information was there, but scattered, and the people who knew the city best didn’t have a place to share what they knew.

We built this for them. A platform where local experts publish what they actually love, where business owners reach customers who get them, and where you can find the right place faster than scrolling through fifty reviews from strangers in different cities.

Curated, not crowd-sourced. Every featured listing on our home page is hand-picked by local writers — not algorithmically scraped from a database.

Bilingual by default. Every story, every business profile, every category is published in both English and Arabic. Not translated by a machine — written natively in each.

Business-first, but customer-honest. Owners pay to be visible, but we never let advertising override real reviews. The line between sponsored and organic is always clearly marked.

A small team of writers, engineers, and city-people who grew up in this community and got tired of not having a real platform for it. Some of us came from food media; some from product design at the big companies. All of us care more about the third-generation halal butcher than the next tech wave.
