Account & sign-in

Forgot your password? Use the reset link at /forgot-password. You can also change your email and password anytime from your profile page.

Deleted your account? Send us a note at info@arabwen.com — we keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it.

Listings & businesses

Found a wrong phone number, photo, or address? Click "Report this listing" on the business page — the change goes to the admin queue and we update it within 48 hours.

Claim your business by signing in to the owner portal (link in the footer). You’ll need a business email matching the listing’s domain, or a brief verification call.

Reviews & ratings

You can write a review on any business after signing in. We don’t accept anonymous reviews, and businesses cannot remove honest negative reviews — though they can reply publicly.

If a review violates our policy (spam, hate speech, off-topic) flag it from the review’s menu. Our moderators look at every flag within 24 hours.
