The rules of the road.

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the platform operator. By creating an account, browsing listings, or using any feature, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with any part, please stop using the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Business owner accounts and service provider accounts require you to be of legal age in your jurisdiction and authorized to bind the business you represent.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You retain ownership of anything you post (reviews, photos, comments). You grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

Don’t post hate speech, harassment, spam, false reviews, or content that violates someone else’s rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms, and to suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

If you list or claim a business, you confirm you have the authority to do so. You agree that the information you publish (hours, services, photos, prices) is accurate and that you’ll update it as it changes.

Paid features (sponsorship, boosts, premium plans) are governed by separate billing terms shown at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.

We are a directory and marketplace, not a party to transactions between customers and businesses. We don’t guarantee the quality, safety, or accuracy of any business listing or service. Use the platform with the same judgment you’d use anywhere else online.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via email and a banner on the site. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.
